Be Robin Hood (tights optional) with your very own bow and arrow. Archery is an ancient art and modern day archery competitions are derived from the original Olympic Games. Archery requires a high level of skill, accuracy and a steady nerve.

This stag activity is more leisurely than some of the motorised activities but it is equally as enjoyable and makes an ideal partner to one of our stag day driving events.

Try Archery as a Leisurely Stag Activity

We kit you out with your own bow and arrows and protective leather gauntlets. Even though you don't shoot an arrow like Kevin Costner in Robin Hood, at least you look the part!

Our instructor will talk you through the techniques and will give one on one hints and tips. Then you get plenty of target practice time before the competition begins!

Shoot on Target

The game is a head to head competition with your mates. Shoot you arrows closest to the centre of the target and you score points depending on what ring your arrow lands in.

• A high level of skill, accuracy and a steady nerve needed.
• Competition to see which stag is the best shot!
• Full instruction given.
• Event lasts for approximately one hour.

Score the most points in this event and you could be in with a chance to win the stag team trophy at the end of the day!
